A cracked screen, unreliable battery or iPhone that will not charge needs a repair plan based on the actual fault.
Gadget Ali provides independent iPhone repair at our Richmond and North Vancouver shops. We assess your device, explain the available repair and parts options, and confirm the price with you before starting the work.

Call ahead to check availability or walk in during business hours for fast service.
Choose a shop for local iPhone repair information and directions. Call ahead with your exact model and the problem so we can check the required parts before you travel.
Tell us your iPhone model, what has stopped working and whether the problem followed a drop, liquid exposure or an earlier repair. We check the affected functions before recommending the work.

Cracked glass, display lines, flickering and unreliable touch can involve different damage. We assess the display, touch response and frame, then explain the suitable replacement option for your model. If the screen is black, we also check whether the phone is powering on before treating it as a display fault.
Short battery life, unexpected shutdowns and a battery service message are reasons to have your iPhone assessed. We consider battery condition alongside the symptoms before recommending replacement. Heat or fast battery drain alone does not confirm a faulty battery.
If your Lightning or USB-C cable connects loosely, charges intermittently or is not recognised, the connector may need attention. We check the charging connection before recommending cleaning, a replacement port or further investigation of the power system.
Let us know whether the problem affects the front camera, rear camera, focus or lens glass. We check the affected camera and surrounding damage before discussing a component repair or replacement. A black camera preview does not identify the failed part by itself.
A stuck or unresponsive power button, volume control or other physical control needs a check of the affected part and surrounding housing. Repair options depend on your iPhone model and the damage found.
Cracked rear glass can come with damage around the frame, camera area or internal components. Send your exact model and a photo of the damage so we can check whether a suitable back glass repair or replacement is available. The method and required parts vary by model.
The estimate depends on your exact iPhone model, the fault, the replacement part and any additional damage. Where part options are available, ask for the price and differences for each option. Our prices are in Canadian dollars before tax, include parts and labour, and are the same at both shops for the same repair and part option.
Some faults need a paid assessment before a repair can be quoted. Board diagnostics, liquid damage assessment and data recovery assessment are not a general free inspection service. Confirm any assessment charge and the proposed repair total before agreeing to proceed.

Gadget Ali is an independent repair business, not an Apple Authorised Service Provider. If your iPhone has AppleCare or another protection plan, check the available coverage and service route before choosing a repair.
Standard aftermarket and premium aftermarket options can be discussed where available for your model and repair. Ask which part is being quoted and how the options differ. An aftermarket part should not be assumed to have the same specifications or performance as an Apple part. The six-month warranty on covered parts and labour does not change with the part grade.
Before a screen replacement, discuss any existing Face ID or display issues and the features you want checked. The outcome depends on your model, the original components, existing damage and the repair method. We explain the expected limitations and test the relevant functions where access and device condition allow. Face ID and True Tone preservation cannot be promised for every repair.
Replacement displays can differ in brightness, colour and touch response. Ask about these differences and any parts or service messages that may appear on your model before approving the work.
Walk in or send your model and symptoms before visiting. Tell us about previous repairs, liquid exposure and any important files you cannot currently access.
We explain any applicable assessment fee, check the fault and discuss the proposed repair, part option and price. Repair work starts after you approve the cost and scope.
Timing depends on the model, fault, inspection findings, parts availability and shop capacity. Same-day service has no extra rush fee when available, but completion that day is not guaranteed. See our same-day phone repair information if timing is your priority.
We check the repaired function and explain any testing limitations before handover. iPhone screen, battery, charging port and camera repairs include a six-month warranty on parts and labour for the original customer, regardless of the part grade. This covers the repair provided, not new damage or every unrelated fault.
For a warranty enquiry, contact the shop using the phone number recorded with the repair. A receipt helps us find the job faster. Ask about the coverage and exclusions for your specific repair before proceeding.
No appointment is required for a walk-in visit. Contact your preferred shop first if you want to check parts availability for your exact model before travelling.
Back up your iPhone if it is working and you can do so. Tell us about previous repairs and describe when the problem occurs. If charging is the issue, bring the cable or charger involved so you can discuss the symptoms with the shop.
It depends on the work and the checks required. Board and liquid damage assessments require device access, and some camera, Face ID, biometric and app tests may be limited without it. Discuss access before handing over the phone. Our technicians do not browse your personal files.
Yes. Tell us what was previously repaired and which problems remain. We assess the current condition before confirming the available options. A previous repair may affect the parts, work and testing needed.
Consider the repair estimate, the condition of the rest of the phone and how well the device still meets your needs. If several faults are present or the repair is impractical, we explain the findings so you can decide whether to repair or replace it.
