When you walk in, we look at the phone immediately. We tell you what’s wrong, what it’ll cost, and whether we can finish it the same day, before you commit to anything. If we can, we start right away. If we can’t (because of a rare part, water damage, or a deeper issue), we tell you that upfront too.
