If you live anywhere on the North Shore, this is a repair you can get to without sitting on the Lions Gate or the Second Narrows. That is the whole point of having a shop on this side of the water.

Anyone living on the North Shore knows the calculation. Something breaks, and the choice is between finding it locally or committing an afternoon to the Lions Gate or the Second Narrows and back.
We opened here so that is not the choice. Capilano Mall sits roughly in the middle of the North Shore, about two and a half kilometres east of the Lions Gate exit, with Park Royal to the west and Phibbs to the east. From most of North Vancouver you are 10 to 15 minutes away.
It also means you can come back. A repair you can return to without a bridge in the way is a different proposition from one you have to plan around, and that matters more than anything else on this page.

Coming from the Lions Gate Bridge, take the North Vancouver exit and head east along Marine Drive. Capilano Mall is on your right after about two and a half kilometres, at the Hamilton and Hanes intersections.
From Highway 1, exit at Westview, turn left onto Westview Drive, right onto Larson Road, then continue onto Marine Drive. The mall is on your left.
Parking is free and spread across four levels, from open air lots to covered parkade, with bike racks throughout and electric vehicle charging on the second level of the parkade.
On transit, the R2 Marine Drive RapidBus stops right outside. It runs the length of the North Shore between Park Royal, Lonsdale Quay and Phibbs Exchange, which means the SeaBus connects to us in one transfer. The 240, 236, 241, 249, 255 and 231 all stop nearby as well.
Most people walking in are within about fifteen minutes of Marine Drive, from either side of the North Shore.
The R2 runs the full length of that corridor, so if you are on it, you are on a direct route here.
If you want the phone back the same visit, arriving before four gives us the room to do it properly. Screens and batteries need testing time afterwards and we would rather not rush that against a closing time.
Later in the day we can still inspect it, tell you exactly what it needs and what it costs, and have it ready for you the following morning.

Everything below is done in store rather than sent anywhere. Brought in early enough, most of it is finished the same visit.
Two things usually need longer. Liquid damage is a cleaning and testing process rather than a part swap, so it stays with us overnight or longer. Foldable inner screens and hinges need parts that are not always on hand, so call (604) 700-0231 before you travel with a Z Fold or Z Flip.

Yes, and plenty of people do. We are inside Capilano Mall with Walmart and around seventy other shops around us, so there is somewhere to be while you wait rather than sitting in a repair shop.
Yes. Ambleside and Park Royal are a short run west along Marine Drive, and the R2 connects Park Royal Exchange directly to our stop. For most of West Vancouver we are the closest walk-in repair shop that does not involve a bridge.
Whichever is closer, since prices and the work are the same at both. If you are on the North Shore, come here rather than crossing. If you are already south of the water, our Richmond shop stays open until 9pm on weekdays.
