Richmond Centre sits at the end of the Canada Line. Richmond-Brighouse is the terminus station and it connects directly into the upper level of the centre, so you can come from downtown Vancouver in about nineteen minutes and walk in without going outside.
Driving is just as straightforward. There are over two thousand three hundred free parking stalls with a four hour limit, including a four level parkade at the south end toward Granville Avenue. There are also entrances on Minoru Boulevard and Granville Avenue if No. 3 Road is busy.
Richmond City Hall is immediately south of the centre, and YVR is about fifteen minutes away, which is useful if you are flying out and need something dealt with before you go.

Most people who walk in are coming from within about ten minutes of the shop, either along the No. 3 Road corridor or off the Canada Line.
Coming from further out on No. 5 Road or Westminster Highway? Parking is free for four hours, so it is worth the trip rather than mailing a phone anywhere.
That is 3 hours later on weekdays than most repair shops in Richmond, and later than our own North Vancouver shop. If your screen breaks on the way home from work, you can still bring it in the same evening.
Arriving earlier in the day gives us more room to finish a repair while you wait. Later in the evening we can still inspect it, tell you exactly what it needs and what it costs, and have it ready the next day.

Turn off Find My Mobile before you hand the phone over if you are comfortable doing that. If you are not sure how, we will walk you through it at the counter.
If the phone will not turn on at all and the data matters more than the hardware, say that when you drop it off. It changes the order we work in.
